Free running je po meni jako zanimljiv sport pun iznenadjenja i ne predvidjenih situacija.Za ovaj sport nije potrebna bog zna kakva oprema ili tereni ,dovoljno je doci u deo grada po mogucstvu pretrpanog gelenderima, terasama, stepenistima ili bilo kakvim drugim preprekama i zapoceti avanturu.Osnova ovog sporta je savladavanje tih prepreka raznim tehnikama i bez zaustavljanja.Covek treba da se oseca nezaustavljivo i da poseduje samopouzdanje da moze da savlada svaku prepreku koja mu se nadje na putu.

Postoji razlika izmedju parkoura i free runninga, a ovo je free running koliko ja znam:).Ispravi me ako gresim.

parkour ja mislim mora da se odigrava u urbanoj sredini tj,zidovima, gelenderima,krovovima i ostalim gradjevinama,dok free raning moze covek da izvodi sam praveci salte,skokove itd...

Gresis puno gresis... gresite obojica... Parkour ti otvara mogucnost i predvidjen je za kretanje od tacke A do tacke B u sto mogucem kracem roku.... Tako da parkour pretsavljaju skokovi preko zidova, ograda, auta, zgrada, kuca itd uz pomoc konga, precizna, mankija, lezy nacina itd ima toga puno... pomocu kojih preskaces zavisi kako i sta... Dok free running ti sluzi da bi to ulepsao i da bi bolje izgledalo (sminka) znaci da ubacujes flipove, zvezde, predmete unazad i jos trista stvari... Dakle sve u svemu parkour i free running nije ista stvar ali super je kombinacija... :)))) parkour and 3run is my life!!! ;)
